When you subscribe to Lurvey E-News, we collect at a minimum your e-mail address and zip code.  We may also collect, at your option, your name, mailing address, phone number, and subscription preferences.  Each E-News communication contains a link to update your personal information and subscription preferences or to permanently unsubscribe from E-News.  If you wish to do so, please follow the instructions provided in each message.

When you visit our website, we may also collect other non-personal information about your use of our website. This information allows us to understand how our website is being used so that we can improve our content and maximize your experience.

Lurvey will not share, sell, rent or otherwise release your personal information without your consent unless required by law.  Information provided to us is only accessible by Lurvey employees and consultants acting on behalf of Lurvey to distribute marketing or advertising materials by mail or e-mail.
